Refund & Cancellation Policy

ItGripe Foundation ("we", "our", "us") offers this Refund & Cancellation Policy to clarify the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our courses and services.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Course Commencement: You may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the course start date. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a full refund.
After Course Commencement: Once the course has started, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. However, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the number of classes attended.

3. Refund Policy

Full Refund: If you cancel within 7 days before the course start date, you will receive a full refund of the course fee.
Partial Refund: If you cancel after the course has started but within the first 2 weeks, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
No Refund: No refunds will be provided if you cancel after 2 weeks from the course start date or if you fail to attend classes without prior notification.
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of medical emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated policy.
